1. AMADA ENSIS 3015 AJ fiber
Škamp d.o.o. uses the AMADA ENSIS 3015 AJ fiber laser, which, thanks to advanced variable beam control technology, allows for precise and efficient metal processing of different thicknesses without the need for lens changes or additional adjustments. This machine can cut mild steel up to 25 mm thick, stainless steel up to 15 mm, and aluminum up to 12 mm, depending on the material quality. The machine's working range is 3070 x 1550 mm, allowing for the processing of large sheet formats.
2. HUGONG 6kW - Tube and profile laser up to Ø220 mm
Our Hugong laser for cutting tubes and profiles provides top precision and efficiency in metal processing. With 6 kW of power, this machine effortlessly cuts materials up to 20 mm thick, ensuring clean and accurate cuts across a wide range of profiles.
3. Songu 12 kW fiber laser
The Songu 12 kW fiber laser expands our capacity for fast and precise sheet metal cutting. The high-power source enables efficient processing of thicker materials, clean cut edges, and high productivity for both serial and single-part production.
4.1 MVD IBEND 320 t
The MVD iBend D320-3700 is a powerful CNC press brake designed for precise bending of larger sheet metal parts. With 320 t of pressure and a working length of up to 3.7 m, it enables reliable processing of demanding parts with high repeatability and finishing quality.
4.2 MVD IBEND B135
The MVD iBend B135 is a CNC bender with 120 t pressure and a working length of up to 3 m, designed for precise and efficient sheet bending. Equipped with an advanced CNC control system, it ensures consistent results with every bend and easy programming. The hydraulic system provides stability and power, while the robust construction guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation. It is an ideal choice for industrial production that requires precision and productivity.
5. Dural tube bender
We own a Dural tube bender, which represents a high-end solution for precise and efficient bending of tubes and profiles, tailored to various industrial requirements. Thanks to advanced CNC technology and a hydraulic system, our machine enables bending with high accuracy and repeatability. It supports tube diameters up to 88.9 mm, with optimal angle control. Its reliability and durability ensure maximum productivity and high-quality manufacturing.
6. Ivo Lola Ribar horizontal milling machine
The Ivo Lola Ribar horizontal milling machine enables precise machining of larger parts and demanding positions. Its robust construction and stable operation make it reliable for milling, drilling, and preparing metal components for further production.
7. Lathes
